Hotel Reservation Alert
CCA has learned that a company named Convention Expo Travel based out of Nevada has been contacting our exhibitors to assist with hotel reservations. They are calling, faxing and emailing our exhibitors. They are NOT affiliated with CCA or the Orlando World Center Marriott. Do not book a hotel room with them.
The Better Business Bureau of Nevada has given them an F rating.
The Marriott has advised us that they have closed the Convention Expo Travel’s group code and that anyone who books a hotel room through this group may find that they do not have a room when they arrive.

In order to receive the group rate of $199 a night for single or double occupancy, callers must identify their affiliation with the Career College Association 2009 Annual Meeting. There is a limited number of rooms, so be sure to make plans early. The deadline to make hotel reservations is Thursday, May 21, 2009.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival.
